My Favorite Scent...

...this fall has been Bath & Body Works' Warm Apple Pie.  When they had it on sale, I bought as many of those little Wallflower plug-ins as I could stuff in a bag because I knew they would be gone quickly.  Normally, I'm a Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin kind of girl, but for some reason I thought I would change things up a bit.

I found this Wallflower plug online...

...and will be heading to the store in the next few days to see if they have one available.  Isn't he adorable??!!  I already have one of him in silver, but think the gold will be a nice contrast.

I'm still trying to decide what scent I want to use for Christmas.  I normally purchase 'Tis the Season, but since I stepped outside of my box for my fall scent, it seems I will need to find something else for Christmas.  This one looks appetizing...I mean, looks like it smells good...

...because WHO doesn't love gingerbread!  Over the next few posts, I will be giving you an update on what's been going on...

  2. What a nice surprise to see you again! I want that little deer...I love him! I am picky about scents so I stick with pine or peppermint for Christmas. Boring!

  8. I'm so glad to see a post from you! Yippee!

I love all the scents at B&BW. A friend recently gave me a hand soap called Japanese Cherry Blossom. I can't honestly say the name would have rung out to me to even smell it but man, after I wash my hands the bathroom smells intoxicating!! I'm going to see if they have a plug in for that!!

    1. Thank you so much! I’ve been away far too long and have missed everyone so much!! I went to the B&B yesterday and picked up some of my Tis the Season...disappointing, I know…LOL. But I did buy a couple of the Spiced Gingerbread. :-) I saw the Japanese Cherry Blossom…it smells wonderful!! Love and hugs to you!

  10. Just this past month I had my little pumpkin-scented sachet out and was thinking of you! B&BW's Holiday Pear was always my favorite fragrance. It is the ONLY fragrance I can use in the house (limited basis, like after cooking fish or something, lol) that my husband can tolerate with his hyper sensitive system. Looking forward to your upciming posts!

    1. Awwww, that’s so sweet! Luckily, the hubster’s sense of smell is sort of dull so I can use just about anything. I’m the picky one…LOL Thanks so much Rita!!

  11. Wow you are back to the blog yay! I have narrowed done this worming you out of the woodwork for us readers, to one or more of three things. You had break out and resurface because:
    1. You ran out of leftover Halloween candy n got a lead on a store w 75% off bags still,
    2. You were out voting n decided to pop in,
    3. With all that gingerbread spicy smell wafting through the air you had to go hijack a bakery of all their gingerbread! If you deny this I might wonder if you are lying but will know one thing for sure...you r a lot stronger than me cuz I know I would be drooling non stop with that odor-lious scent n would do just that! I don't get those yummy smelling scents, they just make me hungry so I banned them from my house.  I have grapefruit spray so yay/ugh can binge all I want on that! It is either that or a Lysol cleaner scent plug in to trick people including self that I just cleaned the whole house n of course it was just on the list of things to do ...someday lol! Yup you r a much stronger woman than me! Either way I am glad u r making a comeback!

    1. Thank you so much, you are so sweet!! I’ve missed everyone so very much…not one day has gone by that I have not thought about each person that I’ve met on the blog. 

You will be glad to know that I have not run out of Halloween candy. I purposely bought extra (all chocolate) and gave out the Skittles and Starburst so I would have more for me…after all, don’t we ALL buy Halloween candy for ourselves??!! LOL

About the gingerbread….omgosh, it such a weakness of mine! And you are so right…all the yummy smells keep me drooling for something sweet…that was one of the reasons why I probably gained so much weight…LOL I love the Lysol plug-in, that is hilarious!! I am trying to be strong and I have not plugged the gingerbread wallflowers in yet…the warm apple pie makes me hungry enough…so much so that I had to go to Nothing Bundt Cakes and buy a dozen bundtinis…I have no willpower…LOL

Thanks so much girl….much love and hugs to you! I’ve missed you!!
