It was a piece introducing an art exhibit…it was in Birmingham a few years ago. Very colorful and unique…to say the least! :-)

All of them were painted very differently…unique, but introducing an art exhibit. Some art is definitely unique.
All of the mannequins were painted uniquely and tied together...introducing an art exhibit in Birmingham a few years ago. :-)

This is a fascination photograph. Like other commenters, it took me a while to figure out what it is, but it really draws you in and the busyness of the background complements the subject perfectly. Very cool. #mysundayphoto

Yeah, it takes a minute or two to see exactly what it is and they did a great job of painting them....the entire street was lined with these things. It was in Birmingham, AL...introducing a new art exhibit.
