For A Quick Post....

We have been traveling this past week, so blog posts have been more off than on.  That may continue for the next week as I catch up on all of the paperwork.  I have a love/hate relationship with paperwork.  I love to hate it!  :-)

For a quick post today, I thought I would share this cool video.  I may be trying this before the week is out, but I won't be making a video for you.  You've seen my craft projects and if this is anything like those, I don't want to show you the explosion in the microwave.  We all might cry!

I will refrain from telling you what I think the music sounds like. ;-)

  1. These always look so fun to make, but I've never tried. This family is too big, I'm never alone and there isn't enough in that mug to share. I'm afraid it'd get ugly! ;)

    1. I picked up a mix from the store before and gave it a try. I think it was a Duncan Hines microwave kit. It was pretty good, just not nearly enough...it was chocolate...LOL And you are right, those kids would not be happy with such skimpy amounts of cake! :-)

    1. Deb, I’ve not tried this deal before, but I told Kim that I have tried the little microwave kits they sell in the store and they are actually pretty good! It’s something good during the heat. I hate using my oven when it’s so hot outside.

  3. You go first, lol. As for the music, hmmm...something 70s - Barry White intro, Bee Gees intro?

  5. No way! Wow, that would take care of eating seconds, wouldn't it? I think I'd have to put chocolate chips in it too.

Let us know how it turns out, and safe travel!

    1. LOL….I don’t know if I’m brave enough to try this method, but I have used the little store-bought kits. Those were good, but Duncan Hines had a hand in it! :-) And it was chocolate! You can’t screw up chocolate! Thanks so much! Have a wonderful day!

  7. Music reminds me of a disco porn movie. Never made one and I never eat blue food. I have made pumpkin brownies. They're delicious. And not blue.

  9. Haha, disco porn. I can just picture the style of clothes they are slowly removing...I digress...
This little cake would be super fun to do with grandchildren if I had any, which I don't.
